These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on this website, by placing an order it will be assumed you have read these terms and conditions.
All products are hand screen printed by Zara, the colour may look different on screen to actual product. Computer screens have different operating systems and web browsers making it difficult for the colour to look the same on every screen.
The position of the print can vary slightly due to the nature of the hand printing process. Every care has been taken to ensure description, measurements and colour can have slight variations. Zara reserves the right to amend the product or postage price.
Some products are bought in to screen print on and others are hand made by Zara, all prints are designed by Zara Emily. The purchase of a product does not give the buyer any right to the intellectual property unless agreed separately under contract with Zara Emily. All items are subject to availability.
Payment on the website is through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. If you prefer an alternative payment method please contact zara.emily@hotmail.co.uk
Transactions are processed through this secure server, Zara Emily does not hold any of your card details.
Delivery of your goods are sent through royal mail. Ensure the correct delivery address is entered, Zara takes no responsibility for items posted to the wrong address.
Turnaround time of 3-4 business days for your item(s) to print, dry and fixed before they are packaged and shipped to you 1stclass. Contact Zara before ordering directly if you require your item by a specific date.
Zara Emily will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contractor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. Zara Emily reserve the right to refuse to sell to customers they feel may cause detriment to the business.
Zara Emily will exchange or refund any unwanted non-personalised items or faulty full priced items returned to us in original condition and packaging, unused within 14 days, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please email or phone us before sending any goods back so we know to expect it. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you return any items via recorded post as we can not be held responsible for any return items that go missing.
